Barbara joined our Firm in October, 1987. She previously served as a Law Clerk for one year for the Honorable Charles F. Filice, District Judge, City of Lansing, gaining valuable experience in the handling and representation of all District Court matters.

Barbara now handles a vast array of matters in a general practice including her duties as Assistant City Attorney for the Cities of Linden, Durand, Flushing and the Village of New Lothrop.

Barbara has received a Certificate of Completion in the area of Family Law issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

Barbara is also a court-approved Mediator for domestic relations matters. She completed the ICLE 40 hour course in January 2007 and has taken an additional 8 hour class as required by ICLE to maintain her certification. Since completing the course, Barbara has successfully mediated a variety of cases in Genesee County.
