He also serves as a Mediator and Arbitrator for business and commercial disputes. He has extensive experience in litigating business and commercial disputes in U.S. Federal Courts, U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, State Courts, Tax Tribunal, and Arbitration Proceedings (both formal and informal).

His background in finance and taxation strongly supports his representation of clients in the legal complications of today's business world.

A lifetime resident of the Flint area, Scott stays very active in community programs and was a long-time member of the Board of Directors of The Genesee County Easter Seal Society.
